We give you a private online workspace with the full analysis, the ranked opportunities and the step-by-step plan, so your team can work from it.
We walk you through all of it in a handover session, with every question you want to bring. For the next 30 days, if your business changes, we review the plan with you and bring it up to date.

A fixed price before we start
The diagnostic starts at €1,490. The exact figure depends on the size and complexity of your business.
If you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days of receiving the plan, we take the full cost of the diagnostic off the proposal.
If the plan still leaves you with questions after the handover session, we keep working with you at no cost until they're answered.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't want to implement anything after the diagnostic?
That's fine. The plan is yours and it's useful on its own. You'll know what's possible, what it would cost and what isn't worth doing, even if you decide to leave it for later. Part of the plan is improvements you can make yourself, without building anything.
I already know what my business needs. Why go through the diagnostic?
Because AI amplifies whatever process it touches, good or bad, and automating something that's broken only makes it break faster. An AI solution made for your business starts by understanding how it works, and the diagnostic checks your idea against the numbers before anything gets built.
Is it the same as an AI audit?
Yes. Some call it an AI audit and others call it initial consulting. We call it a diagnostic because it leaves you with a plan showing what to build, in what order and what it would cost.
Why isn't it free, like the ones others offer?
A free diagnostic usually stops at a first look, whatever fits into a call. We charge for ours because it means 2 weeks of analysis inside your business and leaves you with a plan that's yours from the moment we hand it over. If you go ahead with the implementation, we take the full cost off.
What happens to the data you analyse?
It stays yours. We make sure by contract that none of the tools we use train on it, we comply with the GDPR and we put in writing how it's handled before we start.
How long does the diagnostic take?
From the first conversation to the handover of the plan takes 2 weeks. The process covers an initial form, conversations with your team and the handover session, and at each step we fit around your business's availability.
Is the diagnostic in person or remote?
Whichever you prefer. We work with businesses across Spain, and remotely with the rest of Europe, and the whole process works over video call. If you're in or near Valencia, we come to your business.
