We set up a voice agent that answers the phone with your academy's real information, even in the middle of a class. It can take every call or only the ones no one gets to, whichever you prefer. If a person is needed, it passes the call on along with what it has gathered.

Enrolments followed from start to finish
We guide prospective students from their first question to enrolment, with their details collected and passed to your management software without typing them in twice. Places in each group are checked in real time.

Students who come back
We write to students who haven't been in for a few days to see how they're doing, and let former students know when a course opens that follows on from what they studied. The easiest enrolment comes from someone who has already trusted you.

When a course ends, we invite students and their families to leave a review on Google. Reviews decide which academy someone contacts when they're choosing where to study.

Your academy's enrolments, attendance and payments, kept up to date on a dashboard without anyone having to prepare them. You arrive in the morning and they're already current.
The agent gives information, answers questions and helps people choose a course by level or timetable. It never promises a pass or assesses anyone. Conversations about a student's progress go to your teaching staff with all the context gathered.

Already using software such as Classlife or aGora? The diagnostic tells you how to connect AI to it. That way your groups, student records and fees stay where they've always been, and you never have to keep two lists.
Your data
Your students' data stays yours. Minors' data also gets the extra protection the law gives it. We only work with tools that are contractually prohibited from training on it, we comply with the GDPR, and we put in writing how it is handled before we start.
How we work with you
The diagnostic puts numbers on what AI can save your academy. Everything else is decided on those numbers.
We look at how your academy works and in 2 weeks you have a plan showing how much you can save and in what order.
We decide with you what to build and put it in writing, with a fixed price for the whole project. If you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days of receiving the plan, the full amount of the diagnostic is credited against it.
We hand it over working and connected to the tools you already use, and we train your team to use it. We stay with you for as long as you need us.

How much does it cost to bring AI into an academy?
The first step is the AI Diagnostic, from €1,490. The exact price depends on the size of your academy and is fixed before we start. We hand you a plan made only for your academy, showing how much time and money you can save and where to start. If you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days, we take the full cost of the diagnostic off it.
What results can I expect?
In an academy, you notice the difference during enrolment season, when questions about timetables, prices and places are answered right away instead of waiting until the class is over.
Does the assistant answer students' questions?
Yes, the ones that come in every day. It answers with your academy's real information on timetables, prices, places or which course suits each level. It can also learn the syllabus of your courses and answer questions about the content. When a conversation needs your teaching staff, it reaches them with everything said so far in view.
Does it work with Classlife or aGora?
The diagnostic checks this before we build anything. Classlife offers a documented connection for integrations, and each case is looked at with your setup in front of us. With aGora or other software, we first check what your version allows and decide the best route with you. If your academy has outgrown its software, the diagnostic will also tell you when a tool built for you makes sense.
What about minors' data?
It is handled with the care the law requires, which is stricter still where minors are concerned. The data stays yours. We make sure by contract that none of the tools we use trains on it, and we put in writing how it is handled before we start. Your students' data is only stored where we agree with you.
What if I don't use any management software?
That's fine. If you keep your groups on paper or in a spreadsheet, in the diagnostic we choose a starting tool with you, either one that fits the way you work or one built for you. The AI is built on top of it from day one.
What if a student would rather talk to a person?
They talk to a person as soon as they ask. The conversation goes to someone on your team with everything said so far in view. The agent also introduces itself as an AI from the start, as the law requires.
How long until it's up and running?
The diagnostic is ready in 2 weeks. The implementation depends on what we decide to build, with the timeline and the price fixed in the proposal before we start.
How much of my team's time does the diagnostic take?
It takes 2 weeks from the first conversation to the handover of the plan. From your team we need an initial form and conversations with the people who run each process, arranged around your academy's availability. We do the analysis.
