AI for veterinary clinics.

The phone shouldn't compete with your consultations. We're Musho, an AI studio in Valencia working with clinics across Spain. We automate appointments, the phone and stock, and build tools around the way your clinic works.

A normal day at your veterinary clinic

  • The phone rings in the middle of a consultation and no one can pick it up
  • An appointment slot goes empty because no one had time to confirm it the day before
  • A medicine runs out on the very day you need it, because keeping an eye on stock between consultations is close to impossible
  • Appointments, orders and WhatsApp questions all go through the same person, and that person is often you

3 in 4 clinics struggle to find staff, so every hour your team gets back from the phone is one more hour of consultations. AI is there to give those hours back to the team you already have.

What can we build for your clinic?

Every clinic works its own way, so the diagnostic tells you what makes sense in yours and in what order.

  • 01

    Appointments on WhatsApp

An agent that books, confirms and reschedules appointments on WhatsApp, 24/7. It answers questions about opening hours, prices and services straight away. It always introduces itself as an AI, as the law requires.

  • 02

    The phone always answered

We set up a voice agent that answers the phone with your clinic's real information, even in the middle of a consultation. It can take every call or only the ones no one gets to, whichever you prefer. If a person is needed, it passes the call on along with what it has gathered.

  • 03

    Reminders that fill the diary

We confirm every appointment the day before and, if the client can't make it, we rebook in that same message so the slot gets filled instead of lost.

  • 04

    Vaccination and treatment reminders

We let each client know when their pet is due for a vaccination or parasite treatment, with the appointment one message away. Your diary fills up with the patients you already have.

  • 05

    Stock control

We keep track of food and medicine stock and flag anything before it runs out, so the order goes out on time.

  • 06

A review request after every visit

After the visit, we invite the client to leave a review on Google. Reviews decide which clinic someone calls when they've just moved to the area.

The agent books appointments and answers practical questions. It never gives veterinary advice. If a client writes in worried about their pet's symptoms, the conversation goes to your team with all the context gathered.

It fits the way you work

Tools should adapt to your clinic, not the other way round. Whether you use QVET, WinVet or other software, the diagnostic tells you how to connect AI to it. That way your diary and patient records stay where they've always been, and you never have to keep two diaries.

Your data

Your clients' and their pets' data stays yours. We only work with tools that are contractually prohibited from training on it, we comply with the GDPR, and we put in writing how it is handled before we start.

How we work with you

The diagnostic puts numbers on what AI can save your clinic. Everything else is decided on those numbers.

01

We look at how your clinic works and in 2 weeks you have a plan showing how much you can save and in what order.

02

We decide with you what to build and put it in writing, with a fixed price for the whole project. If you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days of receiving the plan, the full amount of the diagnostic is credited against it.

03

We hand it over working and connected to the tools you already use, and we train your team to use it. We stay with you for as long as you need us.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to bring AI into a veterinary clinic?

The first step is the AI Diagnostic, from €1,490. The exact price depends on the size of your clinic and is fixed before we start. We hand you a plan made only for your clinic, showing how much time and money you can save and where to start. If you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days, we take the full cost of the diagnostic off it.

What results can I expect?

In a clinic, what you notice most is the time your team gets back from the phone and the appointment slots that no longer go empty.

Does the assistant give veterinary advice?

No. It books appointments and answers questions about opening hours, prices and services. When a client asks about their pet's health, the conversation goes to your team with the context gathered.

Does it work with QVET or WinVet?

The diagnostic checks this before we build anything. QVET can connect with other tools, and each integration is looked at case by case. With WinVet or other software, we first check what your version allows and decide the best route with you. If your clinic has outgrown its software, the diagnostic will also tell you when a tool built for you makes sense.

What if I don't use any practice management software?

That's fine. If you keep your diary on paper or in a spreadsheet, the diagnostic suggests the simplest tool that suits you. The AI is built on top of it from day one.

What if my clients would rather talk to a person?

They talk to a person as soon as they ask. The conversation goes to someone on your team with everything said so far in view. The agent also introduces itself as an AI from the start, as the law requires.

How long until it's up and running?

The diagnostic is ready in 2 weeks. The implementation depends on what we decide to build, with the timeline and the price fixed in the proposal before we start.

How much of my team's time does the diagnostic take?

It takes 2 weeks from the first conversation to the handover of the plan. From your team we need an initial form and conversations with the people who run each process, arranged around your clinic's availability. We do the analysis.
