How much does it cost to bring AI into my business?
The AI Diagnostic starts at €1,490 and is always the first step. Everything else comes at a fixed price. If we go ahead with an implementation within 30 days of handing over the plan, we take the full cost of the diagnostic off it.
What does the process look like from start to finish?
Four steps. We start with the AI Diagnostic, from €1,490, and in 2 weeks you have a plan showing what AI can save you and where to start. Then you get a written proposal, with a fixed price before we start. We build the solution, connected to the tools your business uses. And we hand it over up and running, with training for your team and the first 30 days of support included.
Can I go straight to an implementation, without the diagnostic?
We always start with the diagnostic, because AI multiplies whatever it touches, the good and the bad, and automating a process that fails only makes it fail faster. If your idea is right, the diagnostic confirms it with numbers before we build anything. If it isn't, you avoid paying to build the mistake.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Every project comes with a fixed price in the proposal, before we start. Timelines depend on the integrations, though most are delivered within a few weeks. After that, some AI tools are paid by usage, with the account in your name and the usage visible on your invoice.
Why isn't it free, like the ones others offer?
A free diagnostic usually stops at a first look, whatever fits into a call. We charge for ours because it means 2 weeks of analysis inside your business and leaves you with a plan that's yours from the moment we hand it over. If you go ahead with the implementation, we take the full cost off.
Are there monthly costs after the implementation?
It depends on what we build. Some AI tools are paid for by usage. In those cases the subscription is taken out in your name and you see every charge on your own invoice, with no hidden margin on our side. Meta charges a few cents for each message the agent sends on WhatsApp. The proposal sets it all out with real figures.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Each case is designed around your business, so the exact price goes in your proposal, fixed before we start.
The diagnostic
What if I don't want to implement anything after the diagnostic?
That's fine. The plan is yours and it's useful on its own. You'll know what's possible, what it would cost and what isn't worth doing, even if you decide to leave it for later. Part of the plan is improvements you can make yourself, without building anything.
I already know what my business needs. Why go through the diagnostic?
Because AI amplifies whatever process it touches, good or bad, and automating something that's broken only makes it break faster. An AI solution made for your business starts by understanding how it works, and the diagnostic checks your idea against the numbers before anything gets built.
Is it the same as an AI audit?
Yes. Some call it an AI audit and others call it initial consulting. We call it a diagnostic because it leaves you with a plan showing what to build, in what order and what it would cost.
How long does the diagnostic take?
From the first conversation to the handover of the plan takes 2 weeks. The process covers an initial form, conversations with your team and the handover session, and at each step we fit around your business's availability.
Is the diagnostic in person or remote?
Whichever you prefer. We work with businesses across Spain, and remotely with the rest of Europe, and the whole process works over video call. If you're in or near Valencia, we come to your business.
The technology, explained
Do I need technical knowledge?
You don't. We set everything up ourselves and show you and your team how to use it. And if someone on your team is already technical, the training is pitched at their level.
How is this different from buying an AI tool?
An off-the-shelf tool is made for everyone. You have to set it up, connect it, learn to use it and adapt the way you work to fit it. An AI solution built for your business starts the other way round. It begins with the way you work and arrives up and running, connected to the tools you already use and with your team knowing how to work it. We implement it ourselves and explain everything you need to know.
What can I automate in my business?
You can automate whatever repeats, such as answering the same questions on WhatsApp or by phone, moving data from one program to another, generating documents, sorting emails or managing appointments and bookings. If a task follows a pattern, it can almost certainly be automated with AI. And if your case needs a tool built for your business, we build that too.
What happens if something goes wrong once it's up and running?
For the first 30 days we keep an eye on it, included in the price. After that you can look after it yourself, with everything explained and in writing, or take out maintenance so we keep watching it for you.
What if the agent gets something wrong with a customer?
We set limits on what the agent can say, run all the tests it needs and check how it responds before it talks to your customers.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Our agents introduce themselves as what they are, an AI, as the law requires. When a person is needed, a person steps in. Sensitive decisions and conversations that need a human touch go to someone on your team, with the whole conversation in front of them.
Does it work if my team knows nothing about technology?
Yes, that's the most common case. The workshops start from zero and use examples from your own business, with no previous experience needed.

What happens to my data and my customers' data?
It stays yours. The free AI you use as a consumer often learns from what you type, and in your business we only work with tools that are barred from doing so by contract. We comply with the GDPR, and before we start we set out in writing how data is handled in your project.
