Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Asier Llamas Núñez (“Musho”), based in Valencia. For any question about your data you can write to hola@mushostudio.com.

What data we process

We process the data you give us when you write to us, namely your name, your contact details and the content of your message, whether it arrives through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.

When you browse, the servers hosting the website log basic technical data (such as your IP address) for security and operational reasons. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, we also process the browsing data described in the cookie policy and the settings panel.

All the data we process is data you give us. We don't buy data or obtain it from third parties. Providing it is voluntary, although without your contact details we won't be able to reply to you or prepare a proposal.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare proposals you ask us for and provide the services you take on. Our legal basis is responding to your request and taking steps before a possible contract when you write to us or ask for a proposal, performing the contract when we work together, and complying with legal obligations when the law requires it. For analytics and marketing cookies, the basis is your consent.

If we have worked together, we may write to tell you about services similar to the ones you took on, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the relationship going. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We don't use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects on you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as the relationship or the conversation you started lasts. If you write to us and we don't end up working together, we delete your data after 12 months. If we work together, contracts and invoices are kept for 6 years, as Spanish commercial law requires.

Who it is shared with

We don't pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it. To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf, such as website hosting (Hostinger), sending the contact form (Resend) and the domain and email (Porkbun and Google). If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service's privacy policy also applies.

When a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we make sure the processing has appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Analytics and marketing

If you accept the relevant cookies, we use analytics tools to understand how the website is used and marketing tools to show you personalised advertising and measure our campaigns. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the settings in the cookie policy, linked in the footer.

The tools we use are Google Analytics 4, from Google, for analytics, and the Meta pixel for advertising campaigns. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, and none is activated without your consent.

How we protect your data

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, such as encrypted communications and restricted access to information. Only people who need your data to look after you can access it.

Social media

If you write to us or follow us on networks such as Instagram or LinkedIn, we process your public profile and your messages to reply to you. Each network also processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, restrict it or ask for its portability by writing to hola@mushostudio.com. We reply within one month at most. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
